The Workplace Power Registration Process

What's going to happen here? Am I in the right place? What should I expect during this process?

All good questions. Karla Brandau has partnered with the two innovative companies, Paypal and Vontoo, in order to provide you Workplace Power.

During this registration process, you will first be visiting Paypal, to enter your billing information, and then to Vontoo, where you will enter your contact information. The phone number that you enter at Vontoo is where you will receive your daily Workplace Power encouragement and insight.

Keep in mind that since you will be visiting two separate companies, you may be asked for the same information more than once. We've taken measures to minimize this necessity where we can.

What You'll See...

Paypal

After you click the Subscribe button, the Paypal page will display within the Workplace Power page.

Please note that if you already have a Paypal account, you'll be given the option to login to your existing account to finish your transaction. If you do not already have a Paypal account, Paypal will set one up for you. This becomes useful for future web transactions, as well as cancelling your Workplace Power subscription if you decide to do so.

If you are setting up a new Paypal account, once you have filled in the required information, be sure to press the Continue button at the bottom of the page.

Paypal provides you the chance to verify what you wish to do. Be sure to press the Pay button.

Paypal should indicate that you have successfully signed up. Paypal will also email a receipt to the email address associated with your Paypal account.

Important: Be sure to press the Return to Merchant button in the corner.

This should take you to the Vontoo pages, where you can designate which phone you wish to use for Workplace Power.

 

Vontoo

Specify an e-mail address, if you would like to receive a confirmation e-mail from Vontoo to indicate that your sign up was successful. Otherwise, you can leave the e-mail field blank, if you prefer.

Also, keep in mind that fields designated with a (*) are required.

Press the Continue >> button when you have filled in the appropriate fields.

The Vontoo server checks the information you have submitted, and will notify if there are any problems. If so, correct any issues and Resubmit the data.

Once your information has been successfully accepted by the Vontoo server, click the Finish button to finalize the registration process.

 

Cancelling Workplace Power

If you decide to cancel your Workplace Power, you can easily do so from your Paypal account.

Go to http://www.paypal.com, and login using your Paypal username (usually your email address) and password. Paypal offers instructions on what to do if you cannot remember your email address or PayPal password.

Paypal takes you to your Account Overview

Locate the entry in your Account Activity that says Subscription Creation, and refers to Brandau & Associates. Click the Details link for this entry.

   

Paypal displays the Details of that transaction.

Click the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom.

Paypal displays a confirmation page. Click the Cancel Subscription button on this page.
